Activities
At Storholmen you decide the pace yourself - whether you want to go fishing, hiking or just find peace. On the island you will find a nice hiking terrain with beautiful nature. There are good fishing opportunities, both summer and winter.
FISHING
During your stay you can rent a 16 foot outboard boat. Crab-fishing equipment (teine) are included.
KAYAKING
We rent out kayaks to our guests and to day visitors. Great area for kayaking. With many small and big islands nearby. While padling the chance is big that you will see eagles, seals and many types of birds.
HIKING
Nice hiking terrain with beautiful nature. You can go for walks and hike to the top mountain peak on the island, just a right amount of exercises for the holidays. The 360 degree view from the top is stunning.
Or, you can go to the main land and hike Norways beautiful high mountains.
DIVING
If you are interested in diving, Storholmen is the perfect place. You will get crystal clear water and can dive down to many wrecks in the area.
Here, the varied underwater landscape is characterized by sandy bottoms, kelp forests, lobsters and crabs.
